Why BoBus of India cannot perform..

These are my personal views nothing is related to my official capacity...

Red Fort witnessed some confidence in the Babus capability  this Independence day. I wonder if it was to motivate or actually India is naive...

Expecting performance from a system which is designed to anchor the ship boarded by once maybe bright but subsequently egoistic, focused to their aspirations and lifestyle and dull lot, does not qualify any other description.Solving issues are beyond such lot, there is neither capability nor the intent to do so (in most of them). Most of them are at loss for "What to do?" , standard response is turn to "Experts" and "Consultants". Unfortunately, most of  the bureaucracy and almost all of those "so called intellectuals" and experts out side the system are either sucking the system or looking for an opportunity to do so. 

Why BaBus are dull: The glamour with the services, unfortunately attract the pests more than the bee. The entrance exam does not tests the capability to handle public policy issues nor the ethics quotient of the candidate. Intellect is narrowly defined in retention and computation capability. The dedication to serve the nation is not  under consideration at all. Most of the successful candidates aspires and dream of the power,connections and life style of rich and powerful.

Once on the ladder, the road up is narrow and jammed. It has no room for any new idea or motivated person to do anything. The over motivated are of two kinds genuine and corrupt. Genuine guys are always motivated but seldom successful but what ever they accomplish is for the betterment of the nation, latter lot is both motivated and successful but the out comes are mostly meaningless and superficial.... to be continued

Parents Please love your child

Child abuse is so rampant in our society, specially when parents selfishly for their convenience hand them over to potential predators called maids, van wala uncle and relatives. Ironically, these parents would under no circumstance handover the keys of their lockers to the above guys.Convenience, is so prime that they will justify to no end. If you have no means to give due care(saving from sexual molestation is as basic as food) then they have no right to bring poor souls to this world.Children are living creatures not property and belonging that you may weight convenience and extent of care vis a vis your comfort.When Ostrich closes its eye to a lion it exposes itself to danger, whereas these ostriches close their eyes coz they are not the one to be eaten.The alternate cost of taking care is what they are not ready to pay.
